Orange County Economic Development

Name of Business:  Red Pepper

Description:  Authentic Sichuan Family restaurant

What year was your business founded/established?   2015

What made you decide to open your business?   When I opened my business in the US, I wanted people to feel the love, the passion, the feeling of eating at home and share authentic recipes with the community.

What makes your business unique?  Authentic recipes from my family.

What do you wish your local neighbors (potential customers) knew about your business?  That this business is different from other Chinese restaurants.  We are the ONLY Chinese restaurant in the Triangle with authentic Sichuan family recipes.

What are your next goals for your business (any exciting expansion plans or new product/services)?  Expansion, sustainable growth and embracing community values.

If someone were to give you $100,000 to invest in your business, how would you spend it?  Business expansion of restaurant size, services/products offered, state of the art culinary equipment and machinery and hiring more good employees.

What do you enjoy most about doing business in Orange County? Loyal customers, high education, international culture, very friendly environment and very supportive of new business.
